Regarding product returns and exchanges

We have a 14 -day return policy, please request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you refuse to receive the product or return it without contacting us, or if you cancel or return the product after payment due to the customer's convenience, we may charge the customer for return shipping costs, settlement fees, etc. Yes. Please note.

We take every possible measure to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is defective, we will promptly arrange for an exchange or return. Please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

  • Products that have been used once
  • Earrings that have been tried on once
  • Difference in image of product photo
Please note that the size, color, design, etc. of product photos may look different from the actual product when viewed on a computer screen or mobile device.)
  • If scratches, dirt, damage, etc. occur due to the customer's responsibility.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product without any special circumstances.
  • If the product is returned without contacting us in advance

When returning the item, please include the following information in your inquiry .

  • Customer name
  • Reason for requested return or exchange
  • Please be sure to include the delivery note and accessories included in the package when shipping.

About order cancellation

Members can only cancel their own orders if the order is in the "order received" status from the order history on My Page.

We do not accept cancellations for ordered or reserved items.

We may cancel orders from customers who frequently cancel or return items due to long-term absence or refusal to receive items. Please note.

Corruption and problems

In the unlikely event that your product is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

If you are returning an item, please return it in the same condition you received it and with all items in the original packaging.

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping due to incorrect packaging, we will cover any loss in value of the item. We reserve the right to deduct it from your refund.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

About exchange

Please return the item you already have and, once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

About refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
